Our Meeting and Event Space

From board meetings in our appropriately titled Board Room to large corporate events encompassing our elegant Cordova North and South banquet facilities to group gatherings and family reunions in one of our previously mentioned banquet rooms Hampton Inn Pensacola Airport offers meeting and event space tailored to suit your every need. Below are all the details you need to know about our meeting and event space.

The Board Room

Our board room affords guests with a total of 324 square feet of space in a 12'x27' area. Arranged in a conference seating style, the board room accommodates up to ten guests.

Cordova North

The Cordova North facility totals 962 square feet of space in a 26'x37' area. It can be set up to accommodate 40 guests in a class-room seating arrangement; 50 in a theater-style arrangement; 48 in a banquet-style arrangement; 20 in a conference-style arrangement; 24 in a u-shape seating arrangement; and 28 in a square seating arrangement.

Cordova South

The Cordova South facility totals 1,026 square feet of space in a 27'x38' area. It can be set up to accommodate 40 guests in a class-room seating arrangement; 50 in a theater-style arrangement; 48 in a banquet-style arrangement; 20 in a conference-style arrangement; 24 in a u-shape seating arrangement; and 28 in a square seating arrangement.

Cordova North and South

When combined, the entire facility totals 1,898 square feet of space in a 26'x73' area. It can be set up to accommodate 70 guests in a class-room seating arrangement; 100 in a theater-style arrangement; 48 in a banquet-style arrangement; 40 in a conference-style arrangement; 48 in a u-shape seating arrangement; and 48 in a square seating arrangement.
